Area of Specialty: Musculoskeletal/Sports physiotherapy with a special interest in Women’s Health.
What do you do for fun? Read books (fantasy is the current obsession!), go for runs or walks, watch the latest binge-worthy TV show!
Something that most people don’t know about you (but do now!): I have no idea about how rugby works, I am a full blown AFL girl from Melbourne!

If you were a vegetable, what would you be and why? Potato – they’re so versatile and sooo delicious!
Jess is a passionate physiotherapist who got her Masters of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in Melbourne. She has worked mostly in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy and has a passion for getting people back to their best selves, doing what they love the most – whether it be athletes or weekend warriors.
She has certificates in dry needling, pilates, managing hip/knee osteoarthritis and shoulder pain. She also has a keen interest in chronic pain
Jess is from Victoria and recently moved up to the Gold Coast, and is absolutely loving the weather and lifestyle. Outside of being a physiotherapist, you can find her going for a run, barracking for the mighty Collingwood Magpies or enjoying a coffee and brunch (typical Melbournian!)
