Group Classes
Come get your fitness fix while strengthening, stretching and socialising in our small group classes. We have a maximum of four people in our classes to ensure you’re doing everything safely and getting the most from your workout. Our small, quality focussed group fitness classes are supervised by experienced physiotherapists and exercise physiologists who tailor the program for your individual needs.
If you’re getting off the couch and back into fitness, training for our Gold Coast Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation 10km running race, or about to undertake a jog after the ice cream truck, our therapists can help you reach your health and wellbeing goals!
We take pleasure in supporting our clients to achieve their personal bests, and will guide you every step of the way with personalised care and ensure you get the most out of the classes and achieve the results you desire.
In order to best work with the specific needs of you and your body, we perform a comprehensive initial assessment where we’ll assess your current medical and health circumstances and design a fitness program that is carefully planned to match your personal goals, ability, exercise history and any injury concerns.
The best part is, that you’ll be supervised and your program will be for your individual needs, so anyone can join in the classes no matter what your fitness level is! We can help you with return to sport, rehabilitation after surgery, return to work, or just plain motivated exercise for a better quality of life. We’re here to help you!
