We perform detailed assessments and work together with you towards the best treatment plan that’s individually tailored for you. Whether that be hands on treatment, acupuncture, shockwave, advice, gym programs or home exercise programs, we’ve got you covered.
Physiotherapy is about improving the way you move and function. Pain and injury impact your ability to function optimally, which affects your health and well-being. We assess, diagnose and treat your injury and assist in restoring proper function, improving your independence, quality of life and performance.
We each have different interest areas and have advanced training and diverse knowledge with loads of experience. Rest assured you’re in capable hands with Gold Coast Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation. All our Physiotherapists have Doctoral or Masters degrees and continue to take courses each year to stay up to date with the best treatment methods available worldwide.
We understand that everyone’s needs are different- and we’re a little bit different ourselves. We can also come to you with our completely mobile service to suit your lifestyle.

Manual Therapy: soft tissue release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, joint manipulations, joint mobilization, nerve sliders, stretches.
Western Acupuncture & Dry Needling: to reduce your pain, improve muscle function, wake up the neurological system and assist you on your path to recovery.
Electrotherapy Modalities: shockwave therapy, low level laser therapy, electrical muscle stimulation (E-stim).
Taping: to support your soft tissues to heal and allow your body to adapt to improve function.
Exercise Therapy Programs: we design exercise programs to get your body moving the way it should and keep it that way. This includes:

- Return to work after injury
- Strength and function after surgery (or to avoid it!)
- Home exercise programs
- Gym programs – we take you to a fully equipped gym and can help your personal trainer with your program
- Injury prevention and recovery
Reformer pilates: if you’re not a group joiner, we’ve got 1:1 pilates to get you back on your path to fitness, if you need a little motivation, we’ve got that covered too with small classes limited to 6 people – we’re all about quality over quantity!
Women’s Health Experts: Our Physios have trained in Australia, Canada and America to bring you the best up to date evidence based treatment options available! Tried a pelvic floor physio already and didn’t get great results? Try us, we’ve got tricks no one else in Australia does including pelvic floor acupuncture!
