  • Improved blood flow
  • Accelerated healing
  • Relaxation, stress and anxiety relief
  • Trigger point release

We listen and collaborate with you to deliver solutions specific to your needs to give you the best results. We take a holistic approach to rehabilitation and pride ourselves in our commitment to getting you better quicker through innovative programs, manual (hands on) techniques, prescriptive therapy, advanced technology and access to a wellness collective in house.

How we help you:

  • Myofascial Release Techniques: reduce tension and relieve pain by relaxing contracted muscles, improving blood and lymphatic circulation and stimulating the stretch reflex in muscles
  • Deep Tissue Massage: used to address musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries by applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes
  • Trigger Point Therapy: applied pressure to a tender tissue to relieve pain and dysfunction locally and from other areas in the body, speeding up recovery, correcting muscular imbalances, relieving tension and promoting healing
  • Manual Lymphatic Drainage: gentle manipulation of specific areas of the body to help reduce swelling and improve lymph flow
  • Sports Massage: focused and systematic massage, targeting muscles that are used in a specific sport, using various techniques to decrease muscle pain and improve recovery, overall range of motion and flexibility to support safe and effective movement
  • Dry Needling: acupuncture needles to reduce or de-sensitise your pain and assist with positive changes to your muscle tissues
  • Stretching Therapy Programs: we design stretching programs to get your body moving the way it should and keep it that way
  • Advice & Education: we provide you with the right education and advice to help you understand what you can do and to manage your presentation and minimize recurrance.
  • Cross Referring: if we can’t do what needs to be done, odds are we know someone who can!
